Firearms Purchase & FFL Transfer Policy

All firearm purchases made through LRKS Arms must comply with federal, state, and local laws.

Firearms cannot be shipped directly to consumers and must be transferred through a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.

FFL Transfer Requirement

All firearms purchased from LRKS Arms must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer selected by the customer.

Customers must:

  • Select an FFL dealer during checkout, or
  • Provide contact information for their preferred dealer.

If the dealer is not on file, the dealer must send a copy of their FFL license before the firearm can be shipped.

Background Checks

All firearm transfers require completion of:

  • ATF Form 4473
  • A background check

These are conducted by the receiving FFL dealer.

LRKS Arms has no control over the outcome of background checks.

Denied Background Checks

If a background check is denied:

  • The firearm will be returned to LRKS Arms.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Transfer Fees

Receiving FFL dealers typically charge a transfer fee.

These fees:

  • Are set by the receiving dealer
  • Are not included in the purchase price
  • Must be paid by the customer directly to the dealer.

Refusal of Transfer

If a customer declines to complete the transfer after the firearm arrives at the dealer (for reasons other than damage or shipping error), the firearm must be returned to LRKS Arms and may be subject to restocking and return shipping fees.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Processing time may vary due to:

Firearm Shipments

Firearms are shipped only to licensed FFL dealers.

  • Adult signature upon delivery

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Refunds & Returns Policy

LRKS Arms strives to ensure customer satisfaction. Returns and refunds are handled according to the policy below.

Firearm Sales

All firearm sales are final once the firearm transfer is completed by the FFL dealer.

If there is an issue with the firearm upon arrival at the dealer:

  • Do not complete the transfer
  • Contact LRKS Arms immediately.

Non-Firearm Returns

Non-firearm items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in original packaging
  • All included materials are returned.

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee up to 15%.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Ammunition
  • Installed firearm parts
  • Mounted optics
  • Clearance items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
